Holding sprint sucks because 1) it occupies a bit of your inputs, but also 2) you canвЂ™t make quick motions while sprinting! Upping my run speed was a breath of fresh air when I started playing with wutianfangвЂ™s Player Health and Speed mod because how am I suppose to run and gun from the police when my character runs like theyвЂ™re afraid to make their heart race?Дownloading and dropping just the, вЂmore speed.iniвЂ™ into my mods folder felt like I took a weight off my chest.

The default FoV was like driving with tunnel vision where as this new setting really frees up your ability to look around with your eyes and not the mouse or joystick. That one seems pretty obvious.ДЄdditionally, this keeps the camera zoomed out when driving in first person which really helped me see whats around me better. I put ADS (Aiming Down Sights) to 75 because I enjoy the benefits of having a tighter shot on my iron sights when precision aiming. YouвЂ™d think the camera for Walking and Aiming would match if both were set to 90 but they donвЂ™t so I put a little more into aiming to try and counter that phenomenon a bit. I think a solid 90 FoV is gorgeous and functional for most games so I went with that for each setting besides Aiming and ADS. My fov.ini file after tweaking itД«y default, everything is set to a super low 68 which is just way too tight of a camera shot.

All thatвЂ™sвЂ™ need is to download and install the modвЂ™s files to your games root folder and right-click>edit the file titled вЂfov.iniвЂ™ and change what you want to change. Installation is a breeze and so is customization. Ignore the joke in the graphics menu and download GTA V FoV by DrDaxxy instead. In addition to repositioning your weapon, this mod aims to make the transition between вЂnormalвЂ™ and вЂactionвЂ™ states of movement a bit more smooth. This does make you a threat when ever youвЂ™re holding a weapon in public but IвЂ™d be freaked out too if I saw a man running in the street with a sawed-off shotgunвЂ¦ just keep that in mind. Basically, the zoomed-in aim becomes the weapons neutral state and pressing aim takes the weapon to iron sights. Vanilla first-person has youвЂ™re character lower their weapon when youвЂ™re not aiming (like a real person probably would.) Improved First Person Combat by Warburg_ aims to address these problems in whatвЂ™s probably the least intrusive way possible. ItвЂ™s always sketch when a robot gives instructions but thankfully theyвЂ™re on the money with exactly how to get these mods working. Think of it as a GTA 5 client - itвЂ™s focus is to offer custom multiplayer lobbies but it doesnвЂ™t skimp on singleplayer abilities! GTA 5 just dropped as a free title on the Epic Games Store which is mega hype! Playing through the single-player campaign again is still hecka fun even in 2020 and IвЂ™m amazing at just how well the writing holds up for a quirky, edgy, seven year old game.
